Nevertheless Casa Playa Paraiso has all the amenities for your personal comfort without any resigns.
The oceanfront house has about 130m² inside and approx. 1500m² dedicated private beach for exclusive and personal use. There are different spots, seats, shady corners and nooks to discover 🙂
Casa Playa Paraiso was built with a rustic-mayan touch, combined with traditional, local art. It’s spacious integration into a very organic environment – having the sea in the front and a cozy but specious botanical garden behind – gives this house a very special and pleasing, almost spiritual atmosphere.
It is an ocean front Beach house located near Mahahual (15min). Casa Playa Paraiso welcomes up to 8 guests. It has 2 fully bathrooms, both identical, tidy and very clean. A Kitchen with all the accessories needed is also available. In case you prefer to prepare your own meal.

Toilets
- There are identical 2 Bathrooms with warm water, towels, soap and shampoo.
- Bathrooms are cleaned daily.
Cleaning and Laundring-Service
- The entire house, is cleaned at a daily base.
- Towels and bedclothes are changed every 3 days if you stay longer.
- A laundry service for your personal clothes is included as well. No extra fees!
Veranda
- You are free to use the whole veranda with its furniture.
- Smoking is allowed here.
Cooking Service
- If you like to enjoy the formidable cooking skills of Mrs. Teresa, please contact us in advance.
- Depending your wishes, we need some lead time to organize.
- Ideally if you contact us a week in advance, almost everything is possible.

Your main local contact person is Mrs. Teresa and will usually receive you personally at your arrival. She will show you everything you need to know and then hand you out the keys. You can call her at any time on her by phone!
